The inaugural European Women In Private Equity Awards has been designed to find the most exemplary women within private equity Europe. The aim is to highlight the successes of women working within this sector and to encourage more women to consider careers within this sector. We aim to promote the advancement, development and retention of women in private equity in Europe.
Why a Women In Private Equity Awards?Encouraging diversity in the workplace is increasingly seen as a way of making companies stronger in the modern business environment. One key area of diversity is encouraging women to enter and excel in traditionally male-dominated fields. Private Equity is one such arena.

To encourage companies to employ and train more women in private equity, entry for the awards is by nomination only.Eligibility
To be eligible, candidates must:
Be employed by the company nominating them.
Be working within Private Equity
Be nominated by their employer
